In addition to your own beautiful apartment, your lease includes:

At Independence Village, we want you to feel absolutely safe and secure. So, in addition to our on site management teams, we also provide an emergency call system and 24-hour professional staffing. If you want just a little more care to feel comfortable, on site personal care services are also available at an additional cost based on your own needs.
